Posts do not seem to be read there. There are several issues reported there that no one has responded to.
We are planning to implement support for LOCKING prefix in TDP 3.5 that should be out in the April.

I just installed the TDP 3.5 final release and this issue is STILL not fixed. Will there be a hotfix in the near future to address this? This defect is over a year old.
We were waiting on a parser change. Let me see if I can push this through or if I need to put a manual fix in the code ourselves. I will let you know in a couple of days.
