The Data Report wizard has an option for choosing a Report Style (Bold, Casual, etc.). These are very nice, but if we wish to create our own template, using graphics, text styles, margins, etc. is there a way to create one for future re-use?
Currently we do not support templates for Toad Data Reports.
You can do two things to work around this.

You can change the default image from our Toad to your company logo. This is an option. To set, go to Tools | Options | Database Diagramming. Set the 'Use custom report logo'. See attachment.

Another thing you can do is create a reporrt the way you want the settings. Save this. Then you can change the underlying query by using the 'Edit underlying query' tool button. Change the query and execute. Send the new query back to the designer and the columns will be set. You can then change as needed. See attached screenshot.
This is sort of like a template. There is a Change Request for supporting Toad Data Report templates. The number is CR 66,870. It is not currently scheduled.
