Navigator for package shows duplicates

The Navigator has a very peculiar bug where it will duplicate the final function / procedure depending on mouse cursor position. It’s fairly minor, but strange nevertheless?

Cursor within region of functions / procedure shows correctly:

If you can still reproduce it, please send me your user files folder and I'll try again. you can send it to john.dorlon@quest.com. If the attachment is too big, probably Toad.ini is all I really need, so you could try just sending that.
