Need information on licensing

Hi,
I downloaded the free trial of Toad data point as below url and I installed that using my corporate identity. The information of Registered version shows "Trial Licence expires 2020/1/3"

I have following doubts:

  1. What will happen after 2020/1/3? Will the software stop working?
  2. Do I need to uninstall it before 2020/1/3?
  3. Will anyone charge my company, because I had downloaded the software using corporate id?

Hi Viggo,

  1. Yes, there is no freeware of Toad Data Point, so it will stop working.
  2. and 3. No, it will just stop working unless you buy a license.
