No Oracle clients installed: Windows XP client to Oracle Linux server Toad

Hallo! I have Oracle 10g Db running on Redhat Enterprise Linuxserver.Moreover, I have a windows XP client having Toad 9.06 in the XP client.The client does not have any Oracle Db or Apps installed.

I would like to connect to the Oracle Db sever via Toad. Ihave placed the server IP on the the IP text box. I placed port 22 (SSH port).Iam not sure which port to place.

Unfortunately, I get the error no Oracle clients installed.

How do I resolve this?

Toad requires that you install an Oracle client on you windows XP box.
