it’s a 64-32 bit problem. Jeff is on the case.
Toad is 32 bit until Delphi becomes able to create 64 bit applications,
we will always have to run Toad against a 32 bit Oracle client. The OP
mentioned that they had installed Oracle 64 bit and didn’t want to
install a separate version of Oracle Client.
