Notification Emails from TIC Server - Odd Behavior

I have this odd scenario happening with notification emails from TIC 6.4 (Server: 6.4.1.35502). notifications set at job level, work fine; users get whenever notification they configure on the script without issues.

The problem resides in global setting on Web GUI (administration/server/notifications); I have around 30 subscribers on the default email subscription of ‘error' alerts’. The SMTP server is configured and the test email is sent/received if I click ‘Send Test Email’.

However, if there’s a run failure and the script doesn’t have its properly notification setting in place, the server does not send any emails as the error alerts subscription it’s suppose to. In the previous version this worked fine.

Is there a way to debug or do a better troubleshooting on the email triggering when it’s done from the server/global and not at script level (which I know I can track on ToadBIAppServer log. Or, any suggestion regarding this issue?
