Which version of Toad need Oracle accounts QUEST and TOAD.
Are they still needed with Toad version 12?
No version of Toad requires any schema objects. But if you want to use a feature like an explain plan for example, then you may need a database object to support that. But you can use Toad without a Toad schema and use like 99% of the features. This was true in the past and remains true in current product - 12.1.
