Are the Database->Compare options available in Toad for Oracle Base?

Hello:

Could someone please tell me if these options, under the Compare menu option, are part of the Toad for Oracle Base or do you need the DB-Admin module?

You don’t have “Compare Databases” without the DBA Module.

In Compare Schemas and Compare Data, the ability to Sync is missing without the DBA module (or Toad Professional Edition).

A few object types are disabled in Schema Compare without the DBA module, but they are somewhat obscure so maybe it won’t matter to you: Audit Policies, Contexts, Dimensions, Libraries, Policies, Policy Groups, Redaction Policies, Refresh Groups, and Zone Maps. The same object types are missing from the Schema Browser and Toad in general without the DBA module.
