I have always been able to use both Spotlight and Reports (in TOAD) but sometime ago it stopped working. I get an insufficient privileges message but it doesnt tell me what is missing. I am part of the db2admin group which possesses authorities to SYSMON along with SYSCTRL and SYSMAINT. These databases I cannot have DBA level access as we restrict that on them. On my lower tier databases I have DBA so I don't have any issues.
