I am not sure if it has always been there or if it has turned up at a point.
In Query Builder I have 2 sets of Diagram, Query and Result sheets. See screenshot below.
How do I remove the right, inactive one?

Please note that this is not a vertical tab group which can be removed with Combine Tab Groups.
To reset the layout, right click on the QB diagram. choose options. On the options page press Restore layouts.

I don’t know what the right panel represents, but have you tried to drag and drop the tabs somewhere else?
Just click on the right “Diagram” tab (on the Diagram text), hold the mouse button and move the tab somewhere else.
Does it help or disappear?
