It is up to the email client to where in the UI it will show that you have attachments. In Outlook it is usually at the top and in GMail it is at the bottom just as an example. Old versions of Outlook used to allow you to position the attachments inside the email but even Microsoft stopped doing this a couple of years ago… To reply, please reply-all to this email.
