I didn’t find such feature. RE allows to select single schema for RE.
What about allowing to select more schemas?
It would be enough if filter will work on full table name (schema.table) not only on table one.

what database system do you work with? Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL…?
In general, in RE Wizard you can choose tables form different schemas (e.g. Oracle), but you need to have sufficient privileges.
