TOAD full screen works great, interesting behaviour, if I have a screen open, windows 7 , then later on have to remote on over RDP, the viewing panels are restricted, I have to restart TOAD to see the data grid. Any way round this?
If you are in the editor, try CTRL+F2. This adjusts the grid and text editor area so that each takes up 1/2 of the window.
