In CS2 after clicking on relationship with right mouse button a popup menu showed with an option to remove relationship from submodel. This option is not present in TDM3.
Nor is there submodel’s relationships list accessible in a way I am used to in CS2.

Remove from WS option in pop-up menu is not available for now. This request has already been raised and we will deal with it.
However, TDM 3 allows you to make multiple selection of relationships and then simply press Delete. - All selected shortcuts of relationships will be removed from Workspace.
Another tip: See Relationship Shortcuts folder in Model Explorer for particular WS, make multiple selection, right-click and select Delete (more details below*).
If you decide to add any shortcut back, right-click the WS and select Complete from Model and select appropriate shortcut form the list. - This is just one of the options how to add a shortcut to WS.

*In TDM 3, you can find list of relationship shortcuts in Model Explorer.
Open Model Explorer.
From the Workspaces section, select particular WS.
Unfold the Relationship shortcuts folder. From here, you can remove selected shortcuts from selected WS comfortably.
Note: To see another list of relationships, unfold the Relationships folder in Model Explorer/paticular relationship/Shortcuts folder.
