Reverse engineering Oracle 10g: sequence and package missing on TDM 4.3.3.6 not working

Hallo,

I have a Oracle 10gR2 DB and try to reverse engineer just a single Sequence and I have got a package, I want to reverse engineer. The model I use is a PDM I reverse engineered before (Tables and indexes are there).

Problem1) In the wizard I can select sequence as a type bot not PACKAGE. There is just PROCEDURE and FUNCTION

Problem2) when selecting “sequence”, none of them is reversed. They are not in my model afterwards.

Any solution?

Hi,

if you wish to RE objects that have no relation to selected tables (or no table is selected in RE wizard), make sure the option Load Objects from Schema of Selected Tables is unchecked.

This way you can load packages and sequences, but it works in all-or-nothing mode. That means all packages will be loaded then.
