I have a project in Toad Data Point 4.3 that runs find when I run it manually. I’m trying to schedule it and it acts like it kicks off but it doesn’t do anything. It gets to the “Created Task Process” in task Scheduler and then just sits there. It doesn’t even get far enough to create any logging in Data Point. I’ve checked the path and everything looks fine.
Go to the windows task scheduler and look for any launch errors. There must be a reason that the app can’t start, and there fore never gets to the automation script. An expired license can cause this.
If the result code of windows task manager doesn’t help then for to event viewer and see if there are errors there.
If all else fails, open a support ticket. But these are the things I would check first.
