Starteam and SQL Navigator 5.5 Integration

The StarTeam server is 2008. The client is also 2008. I have attached the version info screens for your reference.

We wonder what would be the procedure in order to have direct contact with you, with the aim of organizing a video conference and show the configuration of our StarTeam Server and Client to detect where the problem is.
