I would like to see Stats/Size tab in both ways.

The key here is not the schema. The key is that on one of them you are F4ing on the table and on the other you are F4ing on the MView - so you get different describe dialogs. In the top-right corner of the describe dialog is a button that says either “Table” or “MView” so you can toggle between the two different types of describe dialogs for the same object.
