Strange behaviour of code completion in SQL Editor

I test the same problem/discussion on the last version of TOAD SS 6.1 and the problem still persist.

So how do you turn off “code completion” entirely?

Today with last beta of TOAD SS 6.5.0.2705 problem was solved.
