Subtotals Not Working in Crosstab

I have a crosstab with subtotals showing on it and they are not correctly aggregating up the totals. It is simply repeating the top record. For example, the crosstab is showing daily totals by shift. So if A shift has 134, B Shift has 164, C shift has 132, the subtotal should be 430, but it is always only showing the top records data, so in this instance 134. Is anyone else having this problem, or does anyone know a solution?

I have not see this before. I did quick test of crosstab and it sums as expected. What are the data types of the Regular Hours? What is the data source.
