TDP 3.4 toolbar area - random toolbar with Understand Query Report Automate and Tools

I noticed (again) today that after I got prompted to upgrade to TDP3.5 this random toolbar appears above my other tools.

What is this, and is there a way to hide it? I can't find anything in the customize menu. It also seems like my custom toolbars get removed when this happens. I had a "Format" toolbar with comment, uncomment, and format code, and when this happened it disappeared.

Finally figured this out. Go to Tools, Configuration Wizard, select Custom and click Next until you get to the Group Documents section. Uncheck “Use document groups”.
