The error I get when I change computers

Toad for Oracle

I switched to a new computer and when I want to compile a package, I get the following error.

I think the error is caused by the computer or Toad, because when I do the same operation in Toad on my old computer, I do not get an error.

What should I check?

Which versions of Toad, Oracle client, and Oracle server is this?

Please turn on spool SQL and show us the output.

Toad version -- 13.0.0.80
Oracle Client -- 21_12
Oracle Server - Oracle Linux 8.6 - 7.9

I think the problem was with the language pack on my computer. I realised that it was doing some characters incorrectly. I made this correction and did not encounter any errors.

But I will observe for 1 more week and then close the topic.
