When I try to start a debug session I am always getting an error: Connection Unicode OCI environment differs from already active connections. Then: OCI_INVALID_HANDLE. Then: Unable to access ALL_ERRORS, OCI_INVALID_HANDLE.
To my knowledge there are no other connections and nothing else running on my machine except my Toad connection to Oracle.
I have rebooted and again have only toad running, same errors.
I'd try a newer version of Toad. It appears to be a bug in one of the third party libraries we use that's since been fixed. You can download the 12.6 Trial to confirm that it's been resolved.
