The rest of the message will be 120.000 Chars. I'm limited to 32k.

You can email it to me instead of posting it here, but also I just increased your "trust level" so I think you will be able to post the entire thing now. The only part I really care about is the Call Stack section.

Toad should never behave that badly, but if you change a setting, you will not have this error anymore.

In Toad, please go to options -> General.
Change "Thousand and Decimal Separators" to "Dot-Comma"

I will still fix Toad so that it doesn't crash if it doesn't recognize a number.

Update: This only happens when using Toad without an Oracle client. Toad behaves much better when an Oracle client is in use.
