We have Toad 3.7 and TOAD 3.8 installed. i created Local Storage from 3.7 and storing snapshots in that. But now i am not able to see the local storage in object viewer and also under options. Please help!. i want to send a report today.
i can’t reproduce any issue like that. Did you have both versions of TDP open at the same time? That would cause both apps to be using the same data files and that might be problematic.
Did you happen to move the data files using the options menu?
If the answer to both of these questions is no, try a reboot and run one version at a time.

Local storage under Option is not showing up.
I tried to compare two snapshots of Local storage. from that time it is not showing up
I have the same issue and I am opening a support request. I will let you know if I get an answer.
Your settings are stored in C:\Users"USERNAME"\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software
Support renamed each of the Toad Data Point x.xx folders to Toad Data Point x.xx.old
Then uninstalled toad data point
Restarted the computer
Installed from the exe by right clicking and running as admin.
The new install now has local storage.
See if that works for you.

They thought it was corrupted install. I don’t believe so because it just disappeared on my computer again.
