I am updating the latest beta version of Toad and it gives me an error.

Try downloading it again. I just downloaded it and installed and everything went well. I have seen this error before and usually downloading the file again resolves it.
Good morning, The same error occurred for this new update.
Did downloading it again last time fix it? In my experience that error is always due to corruption of the file. We use this CDN for many files and I’ve not heard of corruption from it before.
How soon after the beta announcement post are you downloading the update? How are you downloading the update?
I use a PowerShell script to patch my beta and it worked just now. I’ve also downloaded it manually from the link here and it runs without issue. Toad for Oracle 2025 R3 Beta
It happens to me sometimes (about 3 times).
As soon as I realize that the new version is enabled (new version icon), I update it.
In cases where I get an error, I report it and wait a few hours, and then I run it again and it updates without any issues.
At this moment, I ran it again and it updated without any problems.
