Actually one client use Oracle Designer.
Our Costumer, similar to Oracle Designer in which we can entity diagrams –relation and process diagrams and that the migration of Oracle.
Is posible that Toad Data modeler meet these requirements?

Toad Data Modeler doesn't have process diagram. It is tool for building complex logical and physical entity relationship models, report it, reverse and forward engineering of databases, and for further work with database structures.
