Toad Datapoint 3.2, DB-Explorer: Define Filter doesn't work properly

Toad Datapoint 3.2, DB-Explorer: Define Filter doesn’t work properly.
If I define a filter e.g. customerno = 4711 the selction was not made.
In Toad for analysts 3.1 the filter works correct.
Is there any differences between the versions?

This does look like it’s the same issue discussed in that thread. CR #103370 was created to track this problem.
