TOAD for DB2 5.5 Automation error

Hi,

I am attempting to schedule a script using TOAD Automation schedule script option. However, when I execute the job through the Job Manager I receive the following error.

– 3/25/2014 4:05:05 PM: Script_4.log: File_1 - ERROR [08001] [IBM] SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason “3” (“PASSWORD MISSING”). SQLSTATE=08001

It appears that the password is not being retained by the Job Manager.

I know that the password is correct and I’m able to execute this script within Automation successfully. I only get the error when I schedule the script in Job Manager.

Would someone please let me know how to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce the error. When you set up the task in the job scheduler, were you prompted to enter the password as shown below?

Can you post screen shots any other info from the Job Manager that might help us isolate the issue?
