Hello. I have a problem in Toad for oracle 12.10.0.18 beta.

In team coding manager VCS directory tree does not display directories with Russian names (numbers instead of Russian letters). And directories are empty, but in fact there are files(with en/rus names) and subdirectories.

In the new beta version of Toad for Oracle 12.10.0.20 displaying and opening Russian folders works fine!
