Toad for SQL Server 6.8 freeware still can't format SQL, although from download page it showed can.

What does mean “can’t format”? Non-functioning key, bad result…? Did you post something about this earlier?

In my case, the button is grayed out and will not function.

For TSS freeware version, it doesn’t support format function.

so the button is grayed.
