Using Toad for Oracle 10.1.1.8 with DB Admin option.
I have all Code Assist/Toad Insight options checked (delay pop-ups set to 400ms), yet no popups appear. I know it tries to do something because the mouse pointer changes briefly to “busy” state. Same problem with displaying parameter hints aftyer typing an open parenthesis.
I re-started TOAD; un-set, then re-set the options; and have now run out of ideas.
Any help in getting this to work would be greatly appreciated.
