Can excess Toad Professional Edition licenses be used to offset Base edition installs?

I will not answer this question but give an advise to ask your local Quest sell representative for a small meeting, where you will get all answers and some nice hints about licensing and stuff from that area.

If you are not already using your Toad Professional licenses elsewhere and they are available because no-one is using them, then you can re-use them.
