Toad for Oracle

we installed Toad DBA suite for oracle latest version & when try to connect appear error can’t initialize

then we add TNS_ADMIN in environment variable , toad working well but we can’t connect within oracle native tools

when we removes TNS_ADMIN native tools working well but toad not working

Can help me to solve this issue

It sounds like you are using a different Oracle client for each. You can choose which Oracle client to use in Toad on the login window where it says “Connect Using”

Could you try right-click the Toad for Oracle shortcut and select “Run as Administrator” to avoid the error?
