Toad not starting

Toad for Oracle

Good morning --- My Toad has quit working about 2 weeks ago. I go to start it and it gets hung on "Checking feedback server".

I have looked in the toad.ini and cannot find a feedback option

I have tried a toad repair, I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I have also removed the folder in app data.

On the uninstall and reinstall it looks like it held on to something as I did not have to reeneter my app code.

Toad version 13.1.0.78

Hi Tim.

While Toad is not running, look in Toad.ini (should be in C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\13.1\User Files)
Find: FeedBackOptIn=1
change to: FeedBackOptIn=0

save and close.
Then retry.
