toad problem: "Not enough storage is available to process this command"

Toad runs on citrix presentation environment.

And as far as I know, this is a weird installation…

But can you help me to find out the real problem?

Thanks,

Patrik

The memory and disk specs are coming from the Citrix Server, I assume? How
much disk space is there on your workstation? It could be that the TEMP
files are stored locally. That information is not available in this dump.
Is this always happening or in a specific SQL statement?
Does it help if the Citrix server is resetted (if that can be done). Citrix
is a good idea, but not always stable and the server is on for 49 days
already. Some of our servers are resetted standardly every weekend, just to
avoid problems.

Wim

Hi Wim

Hi Norm

So this must be environmental thing, not a toad problem.

I’ll send your advices to the citrix admins.

Thanks!

Patrik,

In some cases, the video driver can cause this problem. If you’re running in 32
bit color mode, try switching down to 16 bit and see if the issue goes away.

Greg

Hi Greg

This is probably a good advice, too. Since I have to finish my work from my
home, I have to use the citrix in our company to get access to the customers
citrix.

And from here, I have no problems at all.

Thanks,

Patrik

Greg

I changed my computer to 16bit and this issue went away.

I hope this can be fixed somewhere in the citrix environment (since my windows 7
looks not so nice…)

Thanks again,

Patrik
