Unable to connect TIC from Toad Data Point

I am trying to create a connection for Toad Intelligence Central from Toad data point but getting below error:

Error when attempting to connect using TIC Authentication

There was a connect error. Check that the username and password are correct, that you have registered this user using the registration tab, and that the registered user has not been disabled
Unable to connect to any of the specified Data Service hosts.

But I am able to connect to web with same credentials and the users that I am registering through register tab are available in TIC web as well.

Can you reproduce again and get the support bundle of TDP and TIC to me? It’s better to tell me the time when you reproduce.

To get TDP support bundle:

Help --> Support Bundle

To get TIC support bundle:

  1. Login TIC web console and click the ‘i’ icon on the top right corner.

  2. In the popup, go to Contact tab. And then click the Generate a support bundle link on the bottom.
