Toad for Oracle - Beta

Good morning, today I updated to the latest beta version and the last workspaces I had have been deleted. Is there any way to recover them?

try this:

  1. shut down toad beta
  2. copy workspaces.dat from C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\25.2\User Files\Workspaces.dat to C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\25.3 Beta\User Files\Workspaces.dat
  3. Restart toad beta.

If the workspaces are still deleted after that, can you send me your workspaces.dat file from 25.2?

If the workspaces that you had before were in 25.2 beta, not 25.2, then you may need to copy them from C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\25.2 **beta**\User Files\Workspaces.dat instead
