13.2.0.33 TOAD takes several minutes to start

I first noticed this with 13.2.0.20, it takes more than two minutes until the splash screen appears.

I am using the 64 bit version with user settings copied from an older version.

Resetting the settings gets rid of the problem, can I mail you my User Files?

Thanks for the post. I had the same issue and that solve the problem for me.
