I tried to ftp files from my company’s server http://intranet-prd.us.randomhouse.com/intranet/www/, but got an error as above.
what did I do wrong?
Try setting your FTP server to http://intranet-prd.us.randomhouse.com/ and setting the remote directory to intranet/www
