[16.0.47] SGA Trace does not open, from Session Browser

From the "Current Statement" Tab of Session Browser,
when you click on the "Find statement in SGA Trace",
the "SGA Trace" screen does not open, and TOAD locks, I had to killed Toad task after 5mins...

Works fine in current Release 15.1.113.1379
