How can I configure the application to automatically load the last workspace that was used when the application starts?

Make connections and open whatever windows you want in the workspace
Then go here to create the workspace
Now if you close Toad and then restart it, the connections and windows will open automatically from the workspace
Thank you very much. I didn’t realize there were workspace settings there. I immediately looked in the TOAD settings and didn’t find any mention of workspaces, which is why I asked. This basically means that the application settings are scattered across different places. I think it would be better to centralize all settings in one place, as most applications do, so they are easy to find. Otherwise, when each setting is located somewhere else, it becomes difficult to locate.
Yeah. I understand your frustration. There are pros and cons of putting all settings in the options window.
If a feature has a large number of options, we put the options for that feature within the options window, to avoid cluttering the GUI of the feature itself.
If a feature has a small number of options, we tend to put the the options for that feature with the feature itself. We do this so that
a) the options window has fewer options, making it easier to find things there
b) if you are working with some feature, the settings for it can be right there where you already are, so that you don't have to go digging in options to try to find them.
