Access Violation in Toad v9.7.2.5

I have a user who is getting an Access violation error whenever he attempts to use the popup editor for a record.

There is error is listed below:

Access violation at address 00A2E979 in module ‘toad.exe’. Read of address 00000000.

The first address is never the same.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I forgot to mention in the previous message that my user is using Toad through Citrix Web Client 10.0 and that Toad is installed on a server at another facility.
