Using TOAD 11.5.1.2 DB Admin module

Getting the following error while navigating to triggers in a treeview.

Access violation at address 005F64BE in module ‘Toad.exe’. Read of address 0000038C

Closed TOAD; and re-launch TOAD. It happens everytime now when I try to navigate to triggers. Any help?

Upgrading to 11.6.0.43 did not help at all. It was a clean install of 11.6.0.43. Removed all 11.5; even the folders in profile and program files.

Access Violation isn’t much to go on. Do you have the call stack (ELF)?
