I fixed some code in my package body after several compilation errors. The final Compile gave me an error: Access violation at address 004054F0 in module ‘Toad.exe’. Read of address FFFFFFD7
I was able to reproduce the error twice.

Please send the generated Toad.elf.

I think no Toad.elf generated at all. Where should I look at this file under Win7? (under Users/Roaming/Toad 11/User Files/)?

Go to… View|Options|General|“Application data directory”
Click the “Open Folder” button and you should see Toad.elf right there if one was generated.

No elf file was created. Anyway entering to Options|General gives me an Api Guard error. I was writing about this issue in toadbeta group.
