Beta Released (12.5.0.21)

Email Settings:

Email notifications and the email action in the Automation Designer now support SSL/TLS so you can use services such as gmail and the like.

The Options page for Email Settings has been redesigned to add a “Use SSL” checkbox and to use edit controls for managing the list of recipients consistent with email clients. Recipients are delimited by comma or semi-colon.

The username property of the of the outgoing mail server is no longer a required field. Not all mail servers require it. Also, the “Password Required” checkbox has been removed. If one is not required then don’t enter one into the edit control.

Note:

o
In the next beta, the Email Action will take its setting from the global settings in Toad Options.

o
You can de-select ** Use

Toad Options.

You can use edit controls for managing the list of recipients consistent with email clients.

  • Recipients can be delimited by comma or semicolon.
  • The user-name property of the outgoing mail server is no longer a required field. Not all mail servers require it.
