We are facing following error as " Cannot load OCI: C:\Oracle\bin\oci.dll" while login to Oracle DB server from client system. .dll file is exist in the same path.

do you have installed the "Microsoft 2013 C++ Redistributable"?
I installed it and it fixed the problem for me.
