All of a sudden I cannot export data from Toad. I am getting an error saying the system cannot find the specified file. DO I need to reinstall or can you determine the cause from the Call Stack?
Most likely you can solve it by going to Utilities -> Copy User Settings, and choosing “Reset to a clean set of user files”. That will restore Toad to a like-new state, so all of your settings and login history will be lost. If you don’t want to be that drastic yet, post a call stack, or if you don’t have that, a screen shot.
