Closing disconnected TOAD sessions - requires re-connect first

Often I have an issue when using TOAD after the network connections are dropped - for example closing the lid and travelling home from the office. Its not a Beta-specific issue, but is still present in the current beta version.

When using TOAD again, it isn't possible to close a session that is disconnected without re-connecting first, which may not always be possible and generally requires a task-manager type crash of TOAD. It there any way TOAD could validate the connection before closing and just close it if Oracle complains that the session is not connected, rather than display the error back to the user with the reconnect option?

Thanks!
